Founded in 2019 by Max Key, Key Residential was established to address New Zealand’s growing housing needs. After a successful career in investment banking, Max saw a significant opportunity in the property market and transitioned into property development, leveraging his strategic expertise to create high-quality homes.

Joining him in this venture is Sir John Key, former Prime Minister of New Zealand, whose leadership, economic insight, and extensive experience in both business and governance bring a unique edge to Key Residential.
